Left-arm seamer Mukesh Choudhary had a breakout season in IPL 2022, finishing as CSK’s leading wicket-taker with 16 scalps. His ability to swing the new ball and strike early made him a vital cog in the bowling attack. He was ruled out of IPL 2023 and was limited to just one game in IPL 2024. However, CSK has shown faith in him yet again, securing his services for INR 30 Lakh at the 2025 TATA IPL Auction.
